The situation
2020. Lone Wolf just launched a new partner marketing initiative. Unfortunately, so did all our competitors. So how did we make ours stand out?
My strategy: Make it Disney+ (or Netflix—same thing).
From the site's design to the description of each partner, we modelled our partner marketing website after the world's most popular streaming services.
The results
The website captured 40,000 signups in the first month, and opened an entirely new channel/source of revenue for the company.
While the site has changed over the years, the heart of the original idea is still alive at marketplace.lwolf.com.
